Consultation and qualification
The process includes a medical consultation, review of medical documentation and an individual doctor’s decision regarding further treatment.
Fill out the form and pay for the consultation to start the qualification process for cannabis treatment. Registration for a specific in-person appointment time is always required.
During the in-person visit, after reviewing your medical documentation and disease history, the doctor will take a medical interview, perform a physical examination and assess whether you qualify for appropriate cannabis therapy. You will also receive all necessary information about treatment and medication use.
